Thus, on November 14, 1982, the very first Sunday service of Bread of Life was held at Maryknoll College (now Miriam College) with a gathering of about 120 people. Ten years have passed since then and Bread of Life is now considered as one of the more respected and established Bible churches in the country.

Very much like its beginnings, there were no elaborate programs and strategies behind the ministry’s remarkable growth. Emphasis was simply put on the power of prayer, the importance of commitment to the Word of God, and the new life in Jesus Christ. This finds no greater expression than in the faith-walk of the church, specifically of its leaders.
